A Nightmare About an Abandoned Village on a Long Night

It was a night with howling winds, and I lay in bed, gradually falling into sleep. However, the dream I had that night was unusually heavy and eerie.

In my dream, I found myself standing in front of a long-abandoned village. The village looked as if it hadn't been inhabited for a very long time, with all the houses dilapidated and the doors and windows half open, as if telling stories of past vicissitudes.

The night was thick, and the moonlight cast patches of shadows on the ruins of the village. I looked around and saw nothing but overgrown weeds and broken stone paths winding and disappearing into the darkness in the distance.
